Sometimes it’s hard to choose the exact size chain and we get that. That’s why we offer chain alteration, whether you need a shorter or a longer chain can help!

Type the NEW length that you would like your chain to be in the box. Please also add which material you would like it in. 

 

For a longer or new chain:

The jump ring that attaches the pendant to the chain does not slide over the clasp. If you are confident and have small pliers at home, you can reattach it yourself. Otherwise you will need to please post the item back (email us for the address). We will then reattach the pendant to the new chain and post it back. 

For a shorter chain:

Please post the item back (email us for the address). We will then alter chain and post it back. Please make sure you send it back in the pouch or box as this stops it from getting tangled. If chain comes back tangled and it takes 5+ minutes to untangled you will be charged a working fee.
