How to Order

All Impress’d pieces are sorted into collections (necklaces, bracelets, accessories and extras) to make it easier to find what you are looking for. Within each collection there are various styles, that all have their own name.

Ordering Jewellery:

• Choose the material and chain length (see Chain Length Guide).
• All the other options vary depending on the piece. Please read the personalisation options of the chosen piece carefully to ensure there is no delay is processing your order. 
  • Each pendant can either have text or a design stamp. Please only select ONE of these options. 
  • Please ensure the personalisation is  typed EXACTLY how you want it stamped – this includes upper/lowercase and spaces.
  • If you are unsure if the text will fit, please contact us to check before ordering.
• Extra pendants can be added to necklaces. You can find these in the ‘Extras’ collection. Pendants cannot be purchased individually, they must be additions to a necklace you are purchasing. Our pendants cannot be slid off the chain so if you are ordering more than one item, please note which chain the pendant is to be added to.
• If there is any other information that you would like us to know, please add it in the notes section at the checkout (or email if ordering off your phone).

Ordering Gift Packs:

1. Choose your jewellery (as you normally would) and add it to the cart.
2. Choose your gift pack and add it to the cart.
3. Done!

Gift packs are NOT for sale by themselves - A piece of jewellery MUST be added to the cart as well.
